1. About CaroVise
CaroVise provides software tools that help businesses organize operational records, invoices, expenses, customers, vendors, inventory, payment records, projects, and workspace-based workflows. CaroVise is a software platform only. It does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, audit, banking, payment transfer, investment, or financial advisory services.
2. Account eligibility and responsibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace, the users you invite, and the accuracy and legality of records entered into the platform.
3. Subscriptions and charges
Paid access is offered through monthly or annual subscription plans. The applicable price, billing period, included capacity, and any taxes or add-ons will be shown before a paid subscription is confirmed. Plan features and limits are described on the Pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use CaroVise for unlawful activity, to infringe another person's rights, to upload malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access, or to disrupt the platform. You must only process information that you are authorized to use.
5. Business records and decisions
You retain responsibility for reviewing your records, reports, VAT-related data, approvals, and business decisions. Platform outputs depend on information supplied by users and should be reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals where required.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform secure and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, legal requirements, or product updates may temporarily affect availability. We may improve or modify features while preserving the core purpose of an active paid plan.
7. Intellectual property
CaroVise, its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to C A R O For Project Management Services. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during the active subscription term.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for overdue charges, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms. You may request cancellation under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Obligations that by their nature continue after termination remain effective.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CaroVise is provided as a business software tool and is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user data, unauthorized account access, third-party services, or decisions made without appropriate review. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
