We may collect account and contact details, workspace information, subscription and billing records, support communications, device and usage data, and business records that authorized users choose to enter into CaroVise. The public contact form currently prepares an email in the user's mail application and does not directly store form entries on this website.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the platform, manage accounts and subscriptions, respond to requests, deliver support, improve product performance, prevent misuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Payments
When paid subscriptions become available, payment details may be processed by an approved third-party payment provider. CaroVise does not need to store full payment card details when they are handled directly by that provider. The provider's own terms and privacy notice may also apply.
4. Analytics and cookies
The website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Analytics technologies may process device, browser, interaction, and approximate location information. Browser settings can be used to control cookies, although some features may work differently.
5. Sharing and processors
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, payment processing, security, or customer support, only as needed to perform those functions. We do not sell personal information.
6. Storage and international processing
Cloud service providers may process information in the UAE or other locations where they operate, subject to contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No online system is completely risk-free. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, contractual requirements, dispute handling, security, or applicable law.
8. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal or contractual retention requirements. Workspace administrators control many user and business records within their workspace.
9. Updates and contact
